We had a buyer who signed the "compromis de vente" on the 12th June 2026, but retracted just before the 10 day deadline. As a consequence, we have decided to hand over the sale of the appartement to an estate agent - John Prentice at Orpi Carmes. We have signed an exclusive mandat with them, and hope very much that we will be able to find a new buyer rapidly
