New price - €440 000

Despite having a number of interested people, including one person who was planning to come to purchase the apartment for €499K in July, the fact it that we have not yet sold the apartment. We  have decided to change the price on the three sites that we are using for a potential direct sale to €440K, which corresponds to a sale on the 29th of September. This is quite a drop, but we have also decided to use a basic price that is unfurnished. We would negotiate the cost of providing the furnishings with the future buyer.
