Despite having a number of interested people, including one person who was planning to come to purchase the apartment for €499K in July, the fact it that we have not yet sold the apartment. No problem - we're not in any rush, and the price is still dropping by €1000 a day. It's currently €475,000 (23rd August). But we have decided to change the price on the three sites that we are using for a potential direct sale to €440K, which corresponds to a sale on the 29th of September. This is quite a drop, but we have also decided to use a basic price that is unfurnished. We would negotiate the cost of providing the furnishings with the future buyer.

The price for you - the buyer - would be €440K whichever route you choose. However, because of our mechanism for progressively decreasing the purchase price by €1000 a day, we would be happy to sign for €440K earlier if you contact us directly. Specifically, if I received a direct offer at €440K, I would happily sign on the 29th September. A signature at that price would be delayed if the buyer went through one of the sites managed by Patrick.
