I've been staying at the appartement almost continuously since the 4th of January, and will be here until Friday 23rd. It's been pretty successful, and I've had several visits from potential buyers, some of whom have said they will be making a firm offer. So, it looks like we will be able to choose our prefered buyer next weekend. So, if you think you might be interested in the appartement, please drop by and have a personal visit in the next week. After that, it could be too late!
